AIM Transcription and Payment for Graduate Credit

Submission of this form will start the process for requesting transcription of credit through Arcadia University. Refer to the AIM Pacing Guide and provide your Post-Course Knowledge Inventory Date to ensure that you are requesting transcription of credit within the appropriate semester. Your request will not be processed if the dates provided fall outside of our session dates below. 
  • Spring Session: January 1 to May 31
  • Summer Session: June 1 to August 31
  • Fall Session: September 1 to December 31
Upon submitting this form, you will be directed to our payment portal where you will be charged $450.00 as a transcription fee per course. Payment is required in order to process your request. Please make sure to use the same email address and phone number on the payment form. If you are taking more than one course, please submit this form and payment for each course.
